Do I need a reservation?
Yes! All public classes must be scheduled and paid for in advance. How do we register and pay for a class?
Once you have found the class you would like to take, click on 'Register' and complete the form. You will see a confirmtion message that you are registered. Please wait as the payment prompt will appear. Once you have registered & paid, you will receive a confirmation email. You may register up to 4 people per registration.
How much do the public classes cost?
All costs are listed on the Register for Class page. Adult Corks & Canvas painting classes last 2-3 hours & cost $35.
Adult Cork & Recycled Pallet classes are $40.
Stepping stones and Glasses are $25.
Kids Classes are $15 per hour class and typically paint on a 9"x12" canvas.
What if the class I want to take is full?
Please email us to let us know your interest. In the case of a cancellation, you will be contacted. If there is enough interest in one class, additional classes may be created to meet the demand. We try to make space when possible.
Public Registrations versus Private event
We do limit registrations for "open registration" classes. If you have a large group more then 8 please contact us to schedule a private event. Groupons are not accepted for groups.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
For individual classes/party attendees: You may cancel for a full class credit up to 48 hours prior to the class/party. Within 48 hours of class/party, feel free to send someone in your place. Please note that the same painting or craft may not be available in the future. Please contact us at to reschedule your class for another date.
For private parties: We request the courtesy of a weeks notice to cancel a private party. This allows us the opportunity to book another class or party in its place. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used on your reschedule.
In the event that classes have 6 or less registrants, Aprons and Easels reserves the right to cancel or change the class info (time/painting) in the hopes of filling the class. We appreciate your understanding.
there are no refund for special events, private events, birthday parties or fundrasiers. we always hope the group or special event will reschedule. *you may only request a refund for a special event if it is a OPEN registration event within 24 hours of registering.
A special event is ANY class that is outside of the normal class for example, holiday events with characters like the easter bunny or santa , book readings, guest artist, movie nights or wine tastings.
How big are your classes?
We have two classrooms. The large classroom can seat up to 30 and the small classroom seats up to 20. For large events we can use both rooms and seat up to 75.
How old does my child have to be to attend a children’s class?
Typically children’s classes are geared for 6 years and older (unless noted). Children have to be mature enough to be dropped off for class and follow directions for an hour. While we have a waiting area, we prefer that parents allow the children to be creative and show their own artistic ability. If you would prefer to stay & paint with your child, please enjoy a parent/child class experience and make sure that both of you are registered for a fun class.
Can I paint with my child?
Of course! Any Kid Class can become a Parent/Child class if you register both you and your child(ren) for class. It will reserve your seat as a painter so there is enough room & supplies available. We occasionally offer specific Parent/Child classes so you can create complimentary paintings that can be displayed together on a wall. Watch the calendar around different holidays (Valentines, Mothers's Day, Father's day,etc).
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time to get checked in and find a seat. We will begin promptly at the designated time.
What do I need to bring to class?
Nothing! We provide all materials. All you need to bring is a good attitude! What should I wear? Something casual. Class can be messy & accidents may happen. While we do provide aprons, we don't want you to ruin your good clothes. We can’t guarantee you will leave spotless.
How do I schedule a private party?
Private Party information is located on the Private Party tab of the website. Check out the options for adult, kid or corporate parties. We offer different size canvases and party length to fit any occasion. Deposits and/or prior registration may be required in order to schedule a party. Can we BYOB?
The BYOB events will be listed on the calendar as adult classes. Any adult private party may be BYOB as well. You must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. You will be required to sign a waiver to participate in BYOB. Family events, childrens classes and mom & me classes are DRY classes, no BYOB beverages allowed.
What is the BYOB waiver?
To keep everyone safe and informed a waiver has been added to the registration process….I agree that I am 21 years of age or older and will consume my alcoholic beverages responsibly. I release and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against Paint it! and more Inc. dba Aprons and Easels, its affiliates, successors or assigns as well as the owner and employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before, during or after my session including to but not limited to injury, loss, theft or damage to any person or property. Make sure to mark the box Yes when registering.
What do you provide for the BYOB classes?
We provide the corkscrew for you to use. You need to bring anything else that you might want, including cups.
How long are your adult Classes?
Classes will take 2-3 hours, depending on the painting and the group.
Can we bring food?
You are welcome to bring food.

There is a parking lot for the suite center directly in front of the building as well as behind the building.
What if I have no experience or artistic ability?
The beauty of Aprons and Easels, is our fun, studio atmosphere. We can help each participant achieve a unique painting or craft. We will help you discover your inner artist, no matter your age or ability level. Our main goal is for you to have fun while creating!
When is your studio open?
Our studio is open 15-20 minutes before or after scheduled parties and classes. You can also email us to set up a scheduled appointment to see the studio and talk with one of the owners.
Pictures may be taken during our painting sessions. They may be posted on our website, social media pages or used in advertising. Please let us know if you DO NOT want you or child in those pictures.

Groupon USAGE.... we do have a limited amount of groupons we offer each month. we try to keep our rates as competitive as possible. groupons are great to try us out but are not great to use more then once. :( YOu may purchase one for yourself and one as a gift. you may NOT use them for groups or private events. we reserve the right to limit number of uses... we also reserve the right to exclude special events from groupon usage. currently groupons are good on canvas classes only.
